Positive is going through exciting changes… and exciting changes call for exciting people. One of those people is an inspiring technical lead to manage our busy development team.

As technical lead you will be responsible for recommending and implementing procedures and standards, steering our future development plans, and finding innovative solutions for our clients. You will also need to get your hands dirty when the need arises – developing, constructing databases, managing servers and testing sites.

At a project level you will work closely with the designers, developers, and project managers, to manage the whole development life cycle – from planning and scoping, right through to post-development analysis.

You’ll be

• Happy to motivate, support, guide, brainstorm, plan, and create with our brilliant (and growing) development team
• Aware of emerging trends and excited about possibilities
• As comfortable in front of a client as you are behind a screen
• Skilled at producing high quality tenders, proposals and technical specifications.

You’ll have

• A ‘can do’ attitude, amazing attention to detail and natural problem solving skills
• At least 5 years industry experience – you probably earned your stripes as a developer but these days you’re used to managing teams and taking the lead on all technical aspects of projects.

It would be a bonus if you also have any of the following:

• Agile methodology experience (or similar)
• Version control experience
• Advanced SEO knowledge
• Advanced analytics knowledge
• Social networking experience

We need a passionate senior designer with client-facing experience and a digital agency background.

As a senior in the creative team you will be a key contributor to our design direction. Your work must be highly creative with an emphasis on IA and User Experience, and your portfolio should include websites, micro-sites, email campaigns, banner campaigns and games.
